The Ful music is written, produced and performed by Fuldesign. It is 23 great minutes with dancable tunes of pop and elektrodisco. Cross stich embroidery

You can learn to embroider cross stiches in matter of minutes. You need something to embroider like fabric or paper och plastic or even wood if you make holes first. Then you need some kind of needle and som yarn. S scissor makes your life easier. You also need some patience and some knowledge of counting. There are loads of patterns here. Everything from the King of pop, pinups and Banksy to feminist symbols and housewifes.

Ugly nametags, stickers and wallpapers. Everything you need to make your world more Ful. Ready to print and making your world a better place. You need a printer, paper maybe the kind that have a sticky side to them. Feel free to be Ful on your notebooks, at meetings and at home.

Free stencils

With a can in your hand you are close to divine or at least closer to Da vinci. Print them on a plastic sheet. Cut out with a scalpel or a sharp knifeand you have a neat stencil.
